ZonTeq’s quality assurance and testing consultants perform independent verification and validation of complex IT and Web-based applications and environments to ensure that they function predictably with a high level of confidence for both our clients and their customers. These include Quality Assurance assessment and strategy, methodologies, full life cycle testing, testing automation and training, software evaluation and mentoring needs.

Our QA Team

ZonTeq’s test and quality assurance consultants are highly skilled testing experts. Our consultants have a broad background of experiences and skill sets in the testing arena. We also retain a broad variety of testing experience across multiple environments and varying platforms to ensure that we are able to meet the customer’s requirements. Our goal for each implementation is zero defects in production and all risks areas identified and clearly documented.

QA Assessment and Strategy

Our QA Assessment and Strategy offering is a process where the team will review testing-related documentation and interview testing stakeholders to understand the current situation. A critical output of the current situation analysis is an accurate understanding and articulation of the issues, challenges, and opportunities facing a client in its endeavors to create a robust testing infrastructure. In addition, ZONTEQ  will create a strategic vision for how the clients’ test infrastructure and environment should look and behave. This vision will include the structure and responsibilities of the test organization; the types of testing supported by the test infrastructure; the testing process; standard testing artifacts; the possible use of testing automation tools; and the creation, use, and management of test software. The vision also will convey specific recommendations for achieving the strategic vision and high-level planning information for implementation.
